Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-09-13 ยท effective 13 September 2026
1. What OvraLink does
OvraLink is a marketplace that helps customers and independent providers discover one another, post or accept work, communicate, make supported payments and keep job records. Unless OvraLink expressly says otherwise in writing, we are not the employer, agent, guarantor, insurer or supervisor of a customer or provider.
2. Personal safety and your responsibility
Any decision to meet, hire, enter premises, perform work or continue a business relationship is your own. Profile checks, ratings and moderation can reduce uncertainty but cannot establish that a person is safe, qualified or suitable. OvraLink cannot physically protect you from injury, theft, fraud, harassment or other harm caused by another user.
Verify identity and qualifications, agree the work and price in writing, tell someone where you are going, meet in a safe place where possible, avoid sharing unnecessary personal information, and contact local emergency services or police if there is an immediate danger. Report suspicious activity to OvraLink promptly.
3. Accounts and conduct
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and use the service lawfully. Impersonation, fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal services, manipulation of reviews and attempts to evade safeguards are prohibited. We may investigate, limit, suspend or deactivate accounts and remove content or jobs to protect people and marketplace integrity.
4. Services and agreements between users
Customers and providers are responsible for agreeing the scope, price, materials, timing, location, permits, qualifications, cancellations and satisfactory completion of work. The service agreement is between those users. OvraLink does not promise the quality, legality, safety or outcome of independently provided work.
5. Conversations and security records
Messages, attachments, job records, reports, account activity and related technical records may be stored for operating the service, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, protecting users and complying with law. Keeping a record does not mean OvraLink monitors every conversation or can prevent physical harm. We may preserve or disclose relevant records when legally required, in response to valid investigative requests, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
6. In-app and outside payments
Supported in-app payments may be collected through mobile money and, after confirmation, credited to the provider's OvraLink balance. During the current launch period, the platform fee and withdrawal fee shown by OvraLink are zero. A provider may request withdrawal to an eligible mobile-money number. A balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and may be held temporarily while a payment, refund, fraud review or legal requirement is resolved.
If users choose cash, a transfer, or any other method outside the OvraLink payment flow, they do so at their own risk. OvraLink cannot confirm, reverse, trace or provide platform payment protection for an off-platform payment. Never mark a payment complete merely because another user sends a screenshot.
7. Refunds, disputes and withdrawals
Payment initiation is not proof of payment. Credit occurs only after the payment provider confirms success. We may delay a withdrawal for reasonable identity, fraud, dispute or compliance checks. Refunds and reversals may reduce a provider balance; if the available balance is insufficient, the account may carry an amount due until the matter is resolved. Applicable mobile-network or third-party charges outside fees displayed by OvraLink may still apply.
8. Subscriptions and visibility points
Provider access is currently free while subscriptions are disabled. If paid subscriptions are activated later, the price and terms will be shown before purchase. Eligible providers may then be offered the choice to pay from their available OvraLink balance. Referral or visibility points have no cash value, are not withdrawable and may be adjusted where abuse or error is found.
9. Privacy, content and notifications
You grant OvraLink permission to host and display content you submit as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You must have the right to submit it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Service and security notifications may be necessary for your account.
10. Availability and liability
The service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, OvraLink is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for independent acts and omissions of users. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the marketplace and payment features change. If a change is material, users may be required to review and accept the new version before continuing. Questions or safety reports can be sent to support@ovralink.com.
