Information we collect

OvraLink collects account details, provider profile information, service requests, messages, reviews, verification documents, approximate service locations, device tokens and operational activity needed to run and protect the marketplace.

How information is used

We use information to connect customers and providers, operate requests and messaging, verify identities, moderate the marketplace, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service and meet legal obligations.

Social sign-in

When you choose Google or Apple sign-in, OvraLink receives the verified identifier and profile details that provider makes available. Authentication is handled through OvraLink's Laravel platform; Firebase may remain temporarily involved during migration.

Sharing and retention

Profile information intended for marketplace discovery is visible to users. Request and chat information is limited to relevant participants and authorised administrators. We retain data only as needed for service operation, safety, disputes and applicable law.

Your choices

You may update your profile, request account deletion, and contact support about access or correction. Verification and moderation records may require longer retention for trust and safety.
